Andrew Ross, RAF, Balintore, Missing in Action during the fall of  Singapore, later listed as Killed in Action. The Blenheim mark IV in which he was a passenger was flying from Palembang, Sumatra to Batvaria, Java, when it crashed near Lahat after engine failure, one report says the plane crashed into a lake, another report says it crashed into a hill. Andrew was 27 years of age.
