The School Board brought an action against, John Wilson and William MacDonald, fishermen, Hilton, William Ross, fisherman, Balintore, Jessie Skinner, fisherwoman, Balintore and James Morrison, fisherman, Shandwick, for failing to send their children to school, all pled guilty. The only sentence the School Board asked for was that they make sure their children attend school.
