Donald Duncan, Donald Morrison and David Morrison, labourers, Shandwick, were charged with being in possession of 18 rabbits in a bag, a rabbit net and a small spade in contravention of the poaching act. All pleaded not guilty, after the evidence was given, found guilty. Fined £2 or 14 days in prison, fines paid.
