Donald Skinner, 12 Main Street, Balintore, serving with the 1st. Battalion Seaforth Highlanders in Nowshebra, India, injures his knee while playing football. A court of inquiry is held to find out how his injury came about, it was agreed from evidence that the injury came while playing football off duty. Donald had to sign a form saying he had no claim from the army for his injury. [ See December 1914].
